Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing your arrangement in our Florida studio. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days from the time your payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods or new collection drops, processing may take slightly longer, rest assured, we’ll notify you if any unexpected delay arises.

We currently ship within the United States only.
After processing, standard U.S. shipping typically takes 5–7 business days.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your package leaves our studio.

Standard shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, based on your location and order size.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, even if you qualify for a refund under our Returns & Exchanges policy.

While we strive to deliver on time, please allow additional days for remote or rural locations, holidays, and unforeseen events (such as weather or carrier delays). Laurel & Vine Decor is not liable for carrier-caused delays or disruptions.

If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. Once your order is in production or has shipped, changes may not be possible.

Each bouquet is carefully wrapped and secured for shipment. However, if your arrangement arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right. (See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.)

If your package requires a signature, place of safe delivery, or other special instructions, please provide these at checkout. Laurel & Vine Decor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the item as delivered.
