Thank you for shopping with Laurel & Vine Decor. We take great pride in the craftsmanship and presentation of our faux floral arrangements and want you to be delighted with your order. Please read our return and exchange terms carefully.
Eligibility for Returns
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- The request is submitted within 10 days of delivery.
- The bouquet remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, including the wrap and ribbon fully intact.
- The product has not been displayed, altered, or handled beyond initial inspection.
- We cannot accept returns for any item that has been unwrapped, cut, styled, or otherwise modified.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by filling out our Return Form at the bottom of the page.
Please Include:
- Your order number
- Take photos of the product, once you initiate a return we will request them.
- A brief description of the issue
- In many cases, petals or leaves that have detached during transit can be easily reattached by gently snapping them back into place. If reattachment is not possible, our team will guide you through the next steps for replacement or resolution.

To preserve product integrity and safety, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Any bouquet or floral arrangement that has been opened or had its wrap/ribbon removed
- Products damaged or modified by customer
- Gift cards

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your order for a different size or style (based on availability), please contact us before sending your item back. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Once your return is approved:
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include your order number and contact details inside the box.
- Ship to the return address provided by our support team.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Laurel & Vine Decor is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
