Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction means everything to us. If your piece isn’t quite what you expected, our return and exchange policy makes it simple to request a replacement or refund within our outlined terms.
What You Can Do
- If your bouquet arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to take clear photos of the issue, as they will be required when initiating a return. We’ll review your submission and coordinate the next steps to make it right.
- If you wish to exchange your arrangement for another size or style (subject to availability), we can guide the process once you’ve reached out.
What We Ask
- The bouquet must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with wrap and ribbon intact at the time of return.
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges (unless due to our error) are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please Note
- Once the original wrap or ribbon has been removed or the bouquet has been styled/modified, the item becomes final sale.
- Because of the nature of our premium faux florals and their hand-finished detail, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used, removed from their packaging, or altered.
