Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction means everything to us. If your piece isn’t quite what you expected, our return and exchange policy makes it simple to request a replacement or refund within our outlined terms.
What You Can Do
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to take clear photos of the issue, as they will be required when initiating a return. We’ll review your submission and coordinate the next steps to make it right.
Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
If you wish to exchange your item for another size or style (subject to availability), we can guide the process once you’ve reached out.
What We Ask
Bouquets: The bouquet must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with the wrap and ribbon intact at the time of return.
All other products: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Fragrance products: Must be unused to be eligible for return.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges (unless due to our error) are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Bouquet Return Conditions
Once the original wrap or ribbon has been removed from a bouquet, the item becomes final sale and cannot be returned.
We cannot accept returns on bouquets that have been opened, styled, or altered after delivery.
